Shane was a pleasure to talk with and took the time to understand my job skills and what my requirements were are in regarding my job search. Ex. miles from my home, the number days I would be on site etc. He was very upfront letting me know that he did not have a current position for me but wanted to get to know me to for future oppotunities.

Shane was personable, and energetic. Although he normally works under different IT areas, he was unfamiliar with the pure Infrastructure Architecture which I am normally involved in. He was transparent and curious, and we had a very good dialogue to answer his questions.
