About Sara Garmo:

Sara reveals a keen sense for harvesting candidate match potentials to serve the client need. This is most critical. Companies & hiring managers rely on confidence levels from a preferred agency, a consistent recruiting track finding impactful talent. It is here where Sara carries genuine influence -ability to deliver solutions for both candidate & client. She seizes upon listening skills to accentuate key talking points for the candidate profile. Meeting with Sara shows how her warm, embracing and empathetic approach can yield desirable results. She knows how to present a candidate in a favorable light. An MVP-type recruiter at Blue Chip Talent in my view.

About Sara Garmo:

While we are still early in the process I feel that Sara is both professional and personable both of which are important to me when it comes to working with a recruiter. She took the time to listen about what I was looking for and feel she has a good understanding of what I can offer a potential employer. I look forward to working with her further as I look for a new position.

About Sara Garmo:

One of the great qualities in recruiter is the ability to listen to the applicants situation and identify his/her core strengths to help place with appropriate company/position. Sara was able to do that as well as meet me in person to get a better read not only on my skills but personality. After all, companies are looking to see how a person will not only fit from a skill set but can they fit into their culture.
