Sara was very easy to talk with and understood my career goals. She was calming and reassuring. Sara did a great job explaining to me the process and making me feel like she genuinely cared about the success in finding me employment with a great company in a great role. After our meeting, Sara has followed up with a phone call to check in on me. Though I was not expecting a meeting nor a follow up phone call to see how things were going with me, I greatly appreciated it.

Sara was very personable and upfront with me regarding my job hunt and understanding my difficulties in landing a position while I am at a crossroads in my career. Transitioning from a mortgage background to a technology career has been both rewarding and challenging and I feel that Sara understands my struggle with being a mortgage guy in a computer world, while trying to juggle my young family. I first saw Sara's post on LinkedIn for laid off GM employees/contacters and seen how was previously productively active on LinkedIn, I liked her energy. So I emailed her my info and she was able to reach out have a Skype meeting and advise of the companies clients, job opportunities, benefits and how to proceed forward. It was a highly pleasant experience based on the other recruiters I hear from.
