One of the great qualities in recruiter is the ability to listen to the applicants situation and identify his/her core strengths to help place with appropriate company/position. Sara was able to do that as well as meet me in person to get a better read not only on my skills but personality. After all, companies are looking to see how a person will not only fit from a skill set but can they fit into their culture.
