About Nick Karelse:

Nick was kind and energetic and listened keenly to what I was looking for and how my background can transfer to certain positions. Nothing is ever a one for one match and Nick understood that making sure that my résumé fits as best as possible the open rec that was available to me in the moment. It also seemed like Nick looked for more than just that open position at the moment to see if there’s other opportunities in my space that fit my skill set.

About Nick Karelse:

Nick was very positive and engaging, showing genuine interest in my career goals. While the position with AAA I initially entered conversations with Blue Chip with was removed from the firm (recruiting moved to an internal responsibility at AAA), Nick was still encouraging and expressed interest in getting me in front of other opportunities. I appreciate his advocacy.
