About Nic Sandlin:

Nic was recommended by a former coworker. From his first text message response to my reaching out, through the initial remote meet-and-greet, and the follow-up email answering my post-meeting questions, Nic has been enthusiastic and encouraging in his dedication to finding my next role.

About Nic Sandlin:

My experience speaking with Nic was very positive. He created a comfortable and genuine conversation that allowed me to share both my professional background and personal interests. I appreciated how he took the time to connect on a personal level—like when we talked about our dogs—which made the discussion feel natural rather than like a formal interview. Nic was friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to, which helped make the experience engaging and enjoyable. I can’t think of anything that would have made the experience better; it felt well-balanced and authentic.
