I applied for a PM role on LinkedIn and Nic immediately reached out. We talked on the phone for about 10 minutes, so he could get a feel for what I was looking for. He then asked if I could come into the office to meet with him to discuss further. I appreciated this - as many agencies do not do this. We proceeded to discuss positions available and updated my resume to fit these. Nic is a real professional!
