About Nic Sandlin:

Nic reached out to me and we had a very informative initial phone call, we discussed my goals and he mentioned a couple positions that I may fit into. We followed up the next day with a zoom meeting where we delved further into my personal and career interests, as well as where my current skills are at and where I want them to be. I look forward to keeping in touch!

Connor called me the same day that I applied to a posted position, and was very creidnly and forthcoming. He set me up with a video interview with himself and his supervisor immediately and began searching for more potential opportunities on my behalf. About Sara Garmo:

Sara went beyond telling about opportunities that BCT has and asked me about the type of work that I enjoy and if there are particular industries that I could excel in. I felt she was interested in me as a person and not just a collection of skills.
