  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of application functionality; support efforts to identify opportunities to enhance business processes and capabilities.
  • Provide support and learn configuration aspects of application software solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and software vendors on basic solution requirements, design, and implementation tasks.
  • Participate in gathering and documenting requirements and specifications for business solutions.
  • Conduct research to identify key metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Learn and assist in the development of processes and procedures to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Support stakeholders in achieving their business objectives and success criteria.
  • Help draft business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a business analysis or related role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and a willingness to learn more in this area.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and familiarity with gathering requirements and problem-solving.
  • Strong interest in technology and its application in business operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

The Senior Systems Engineer will provide hands-on IT infrastructure support, drive the implementation of innovative technologies, and ensure the stability and reliability of internal systems and services. This role will play a key part in transforming the organization’s IT infrastructure to improve overall business agility, working closely with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and department heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee deployment and maintenance of datacenter and cloud infrastructure

  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, databases, and system management tools

  • Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure, including networks, external connectivity, custom and third-party applications, security, servers, storage, and backups

  • Design and deliver projects that support the company’s IT strategy and long-term vision

  • Balance long-term initiatives with short-term service requests through effective time management and delegation

  • Champion core company values within the IT team and broader organization

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals

  • Identify and implement innovative processes and emerging technologies

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-level infrastructure

  • Strong technical foundation in networking, systems/applications, and cloud platforms

  • Well-rounded skills across business, technical, financial, and analytical domains

  • Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning, and project execution capabilities

  • Advanced hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory including GPO, DNS, DHCP
  • Proficiency in identity and access management concepts

  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, VBScript)

  • Hands-on deployment and maintenance of Microsoft server technologies, including Failover Clustering and Hyper-V

  • Familiarity with email administration and best practices

  • Working knowledge of Veeam backup and recovery solutions

  • Ability to manage time independently and deliver projects with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of SQL 

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000.
