Our direct client, a fast-growing healthcare and data analytics firm based in the Boston area is seeking to bring on an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead a dynamic, multinational data team. This role offers the opportunity to provide leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on expertise in healthcare data analysis while helping shape the future of data-driven solutions in the healthcare industry.The ideal candidate will bring not only strong technical skills in data analysis but also a deep understanding of the healthcare system — including its business models, operations, and regulatory landscape — ensuring technical solutions are aligned with real-world healthcare challenges.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days per week onsite at the company’s Boston, MA office and reports directly to the Vice President of Data.

What’s in it for you:Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Systems Engineer to join their technical infrastructure team. This role is primarily responsible for security patching across a large Windows Server environment (approximately 300 servers) and the management of server and storage hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This is a full-time position based in Monroe, CT, (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:Manage and execute security patching for approximately 300 Windows servers, ensuring compliance, stability, and performance.
Operate and maintain enterprise hardware environments, including physical servers and storage systems.
Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues; identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Provide high-level technical support for server, storage, and virtualization platforms.
Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra Active Directory.
Support VMware environments, data center operations, and backup systems.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation including diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
Contribute to infrastructure planning and evaluate design alternatives.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, documentation, and testing.
Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis for a wide area network (220+ nodes).
Manage assigned infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in:
Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management
Active Directory and Group Policy
Server and storage hardware management
VMware virtualization and backup technologies
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with server patching and hardware infrastructure.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Server environments and virtualization (VMware).
Familiarity with network architecture and Cisco routing.
Problem-Solving & Initiative:
Ability to assess complex issues, prioritize critical tasks, and implement effective solutions.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
Strong collaborator across departments and IT functions.
Adaptability & Pressure Handling:
Works well under pressure; able to quickly identify solutions to critical outages and incidents.
Committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, or other relevant technical certifications.
