Overview:

Our direct client, a fast-growing healthcare and data analytics firm based in the Boston area is seeking to bring on an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead a dynamic, multinational data team. This role offers the opportunity to provide leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on expertise in healthcare data analysis while helping shape the future of data-driven solutions in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will bring not only strong technical skills in data analysis but also a deep understanding of the healthcare system — including its business models, operations, and regulatory landscape — ensuring technical solutions are aligned with real-world healthcare challenges.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days per week onsite at the company’s Boston, MA office and reports directly to the Vice President of Data.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Oversee an offshore team of Healthcare Data Analysts and QA engineers who are under the direction of the local Director of Data Management.
  • Lead by example in executing complex data and quality tasks, setting technical standards for the team, and mentoring others to follow best practices.
  • Collaborate with various client-facing teams and both inter-departmental and intra-departmental teams to address complex technical healthcare data challenges.
  • Take the lead in communicating with clients to resolve any technical issues they may have.
  • Guide the Data Operations team in understanding customer business needs and converting them into application and operational requirements.
  • Act as a process champion, utilizing in-depth knowledge of organization policies and operations processes, while directly applying these processes in your daily technical work.
  • Ensure modules in the product meet the functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications through ongoing performance monitoring of team members.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst, Healthcare Data Engineer, QA Engineer, or a similar role, performing analysis on healthcare data
  • 7+ years of experience performing analysis on healthcare data
  • Clinical Knowledge of various Healthcare Data listed below
  • Required Knowledge Areas
  1. Technical Expertise
    1. SQL & Databases – Experience writing queries on SQL and extracting and manipulating data on various databases
  2. Healthcare Industry Knowledge
    1. Familiarity with Eligibility, Medical & Pharmacy claims data, including formats like 834, 837, etc.
    2. Electronic Health Records (EHRs) – Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHR platforms.
    3. Healthcare Data Standards – Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and SNOMED coding systems.
    4. CMS Data 
    5. Experience analyzing claims from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
    6. HEDIS Quality Measures 
    7. HIPAA & Data Privacy – Familiarity with healthcare data compliance, including HIPAA.
  3. Data Management & ETL Experience
    1. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Processes – Experience working with data warehouses and SQL ETL pipelines
  4. Project Management – Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies in data projects.
  5. Stakeholder Communication – Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable requirements for non-technical teams (clinicians, executives, analysts).
  • Advanced skillset with SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Snowflake 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an employment visa or work authorization now or in the future.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Systems Engineer to join their technical infrastructure team. This role is primarily responsible for security patching across a large Windows Server environment (approximately 300 servers) and the management of server and storage hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is a full-time position based in Monroe, CT, (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute security patching for approximately 300 Windows servers, ensuring compliance, stability, and performance.

  • Operate and maintain enterprise hardware environments, including physical servers and storage systems.

  • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues; identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.

  • Provide high-level technical support for server, storage, and virtualization platforms.

  • Administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra Active Directory.

  • Support VMware environments, data center operations, and backup systems.

  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation including diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.

  • Contribute to infrastructure planning and evaluate design alternatives.

  • Participate in disaster recovery planning, documentation, and testing.

  • Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis for a wide area network (220+ nodes).

  • Manage assigned infrastructure projects from planning to execution.

Education & Experience:
