Sylvia was amazing! I was looking on the web site at open positions when a chat box opened, I entered a question with really low expectation it would be answered by anyone knowledgeable. I was shocked to get Sylvia who was very knowledgeable and interested in my job search. She immediately had an answer to my question and encouraged me to email my resume.
