Sylvia was amazing! I was looking on the web site at open positions when a chat box opened, I entered a question with really low expectation it would be answered by anyone knowledgeable. I was shocked to get Sylvia who was very knowledgeable and interested in my job search. She immediately had an answer to my question and encouraged me to email my resume. She suggested a different position and I am moving along the hiring process.
