About the Role

Are you passionate about leading transformative change in a dynamic, global environment? Join our team as a Senior Change Management Consultant (long-term, 12-24+ months) and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) program. You'll drive business impact, foster adoption of new ways of working, and ensure the client achieves the full return on investment for this innovative initiative.

What You’ll Do

As a key player in our transformation journey, you will:
  • Shape the Change Strategy: Develop and maintain a holistic view of program changes with a focus on people impact and adoption. Identify challenges, resolve roadblocks, and enable seamless transitions.
  • Lead Change Portfolio Management: Assess and classify change initiatives to create tailored strategies, ensuring alignment with our broader organizational goals.
  • Manage People Dependencies: Navigate dependencies across technology initiatives to maximize team impact and deliver program success.
  • Deliver Expert Guidance: Provide strategic advice on change management, communications planning, and adoption strategies for technology-driven business changes.
  • Drive Success Metrics: Define and measure success criteria for change initiatives, gather actionable feedback, and implement improvement actions effectively.
  • Promote Best Practices: Equip leaders, project managers, and teams with the tools, training, and methods needed for successful change management.
  • Ensure Readiness: Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments to prepare functions for significant change.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our digital transformation adoption team to deliver clear, effective approaches to business adoption.

What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise: 10-15+ years of experience in transformational change and change management, with 10+ years in leadership roles.
  • Visionary Leadership: Courage to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions.
  • Strategic Oversight: Expertise in managing large delivery programs and complex change portfolios.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong ability to partner with internal and external organizations for consulting and delivery services.
  • Technology-Focused Approach: Deep knowledge of technology-led change and adoption, with an understanding of IT management and delivery.
  • Change Methodology Expertise: Mastery of transformational change methods, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Coaching Skills: Experience in training and upskilling others in change management principles.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a large, global organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to meeting deadlines.
