Finance Executive -Real Estate Asset Management HYBRID
We are working with a leading real estate investment management company seeking a Finance Executive. This position will be based in New York and will report to the Head of Finance. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting
- Experience in handling full set of accounts in real estate preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodical financial statements and management reports
- Handle billing, payments, journal, cash management, fixed asset management
- Prepare tax computation
- Liaise with tax agents and auditors on the accounts
- Prepare budget and forecasts of companies, audit schedules, financial statements and annual statutory report
Salary Range:
Dependent on experience and skill
($95,000-$105,000)
