Location: New York, NY – HybridOur client is seeking a IT Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives within the organization. Reporting to the Application Development Director and the CIO, this individual will be responsible for managing application development projects from concept through deployment while contributing technical expertise and collaborating with development resources.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, a collaborative mindset, and a strong interest in both traditional and emerging technologies, including low-code and AI-integrated platforms.
Responsibilities:Independently manage technology projects from inception through deployment, while working under the guidance of the Application Development Director and CIO as needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
Oversee development processes including testing and deployment phases.
Provide direction to developers and help integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance code quality and troubleshooting.
Contribute technical input on projects involving a range of technologies including .NET, VB, PHP with JavaScript, Python, SQL, SharePoint, and REST API integrations.
Work on emerging technology projects, including the use of no-code platforms (e.g., Glide) and industry-standard frameworks to create AI agents and agentic workflows.
Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
Embrace feedback, guidance, and ongoing learning to stay aligned with organizational needs and technology direction.
Promote flexibility, openness to training, and willingness to grow with the team and evolving tools.
5–7 years of professional experience managing technology projects.
Prior hands-on experience in application development or integration work using:
.NET, VB, PHP with JavaScript, Python, SQL
REST APIs and SharePoint
Project Management & Delivery:
Strong ability to independently manage application development projects across all lifecycle stages.
Comfortable navigating complex requirements and stakeholder dynamics.
Technical Fluency:
Knowledgeable in both traditional programming languages and modern no-code/low-code platforms.
Familiar with AI integration and building production-grade workflows using agentic frameworks.
Collaboration & Communication:
Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willing to take direction and collaborate closely with supervisory staff.

Our client is seeking to hire an SAP Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing business system initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and third-party consultants to assess business needs, develop functional specifications, and lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery. The SAP PM will also create and maintain project documentation, including scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and testing plans, for both large-scale system enhancements and new IT solutions.Principal Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing integrated business processes with a focus on quality, productivity, and consistency.
Develop, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts in collaboration with vendors and procurement, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget.
Manage multiple large and complex projects with significant visibility, risk, and urgency, including planning, communication, reporting, and procedural oversight.
Ensure project objectives for schedule, scope, and quality are met by using metrics and controls to track progress, taking corrective action, and escalating issues when needed.
Perform cost/benefit analyses to evaluate scope changes and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Establish and maintain effective communication plans for project teams, management, and stakeholders.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop action plans to achieve project milestones.
Apply standard project management techniques for budgeting, scheduling, change control, and risk management.
Preferred Requirements
6+ years of IT project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives.
3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams, departments, and vendors.
Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
Experience partnering with third-party service providers.
Strong customer service orientation.
Experience in the utility industry preferred.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Compensation & Work Environment
Full-time role with an annual salary range of $100,000 – $125,000.
Eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after three months of successful employment.
