Our direct client, a prestigious global firm, seeks an experienced software solution lead to join their team on a long-term (12-36 mo) contract basis.  This is a hybrid position that offers work from  home on Mondays and Fridays and the opportunity to work onsite and collaborate closely with business and technical team members on Tuesday through Thursday.    In this role, you will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team consisting of solution leads, business owners, business analysis, project managers, QA resources, solution architects and development leads to deliver all the solutions in a key area of a large software product which is used by over 90,000 users globally, as a key application inside the company.   Responsibilities:
  • You will drive the technology roadmap for your assigned technology and product area
  • You will collaborate closely with other solution leads to ensure technology alignment with other areas and alignment with both short and longterm business objectives
  • You will validate and approve all proposed solutions to ensure technology alignment, feasibility and cost efficiency.
  • You will present solutions to business stakeholders and senior management
  • You will collaborate with the solution leads to define and evolve the solution approach that addresses the business needs and challenges.
  • You will ensure that your solutions are designed and delivered on time and within budget.
Business Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including lots of experience creating technical artifacts and presenting them in PowerPoint and similar formats.
  • Excellent presentation skills - comfortable presenting and discussing ideas to an audience
  • This person will need to be proficient at adapting to and working with a variety of personality types, and have the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships. The ability to work well with both key individuals and groups within a global company is a key component to success in this role
  • Proven history of working with customers to understand their needs and crafting solutions to meet those needs

Application Support Operations Manager Location: Montvale, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) Duration: Long-term contract Environment: Azure / .NET / SQL Server / Global Application Support Overview We seek an experienced Application Support Operations Manager to oversee the global support operations for a key global application with more than 80,000 users. This individual will serve as the right hand to the Application Support Director, taking ownership of daily operations. The role involves managing a team of approximately eight Application Support Analysts (onshore and offshore) responsible for maintaining uptime, ticket response, and issue resolution across six large Azure-based production environments used by the company’s global teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Application Support team, ensuring timely and accurate ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of ~8 Support Analysts (both onshore and offshore).
  • Act as the escalation point for complex incidents, performing hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft other vendors and internal engineering teams on Azure performance, environment stability, and release management.
  • Review and analyze logs, daily performance reports, and service metrics to ensure consistent application uptime and SLA adherence.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Operations, or Technical Service Management, including 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture, monitoring, and operational tools.
  • Technical proficiency in .NET / C#, SQL Server, and IIS/WCF/Windows-based application environments.
  • Hands-on ability to review logs, write SQL queries, and interpret system performance data.
  • Prior experience managing offshore support teams and coordinating global operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface effectively with vendors, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Application Insights, and ITIL-based processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Our direct client in Northern NJ is seeking an experienced Software Solutions Lead to help design software functionality that will enable the business to tackle new types of client opportunities. The client has a large, custom application used globally across their business, and the system is flexible enough to accommodate new business workflows.

In this role, the Solutions Lead will be part of a large software development practice, leveraging technical software design skills and knowledge of custom software functionality to partner with the business and technical teams. The goal is to define, build, and deliver new application functionality that meets evolving business needs. We are specifically looking for someone who is product-focused and able to think strategically about aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Experience with AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.

This is an immediate hire position, offered as a long-term contract (18–36 months+) with potential to convert to a permanent employee role if mutually desired.

The client is located in Northern NJ, and the position is hybrid: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in the office for close collaboration with SMEs and technical team members, and 2 days working remotely. Candidates in the Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL areas will also be considered.

Our client is seeking a IT Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology initiatives within the organization. Reporting to the Application Development Director and the CIO, this individual will be responsible for managing application development projects from concept through deployment while contributing technical expertise and collaborating with development resources.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, a collaborative mindset, and a strong interest in both traditional and emerging technologies, including low-code and AI-integrated platforms.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

Our client is seeking to hire an SAP Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing business system initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and third-party consultants to assess business needs, develop functional specifications, and lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery. The SAP PM will also create and maintain project documentation, including scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and testing plans, for both large-scale system enhancements and new IT solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and project teams to define strategies, requirements, and functional specifications that meet business objectives and project standards.
  • The SAP PM will be focused on a significant S4 project. This long-term project is crucial to the operational advancements and will be a primary focus for the for the next three to four years.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing integrated business processes with a focus on quality, productivity, and consistency.

  • Develop, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts in collaboration with vendors and procurement, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget.

  • Ensure project objectives for schedule, scope, and quality are met by using metrics and controls to track progress, taking corrective action, and escalating issues when needed.

  • Perform cost/benefit analyses to evaluate scope changes and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication plans for project teams, management, and stakeholders.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, communicate progress, and develop action plans to achieve project milestones.

  • Apply standard project management techniques for budgeting, scheduling, change control, and risk management.

Preferred Requirements

  • 6+ years of IT project management experience with complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • 3+ years of experience managing SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams, departments, and vendors.

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.

  • Experience partnering with third-party service providers.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Experience in the utility industry preferred.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Full-time role with an annual salary range of $100,000 – $125,000.

  • Eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) after three months of successful employment.
