Analytics Responsibilities: Produce analysis to support the carrier sign-up process and engagement, including premium volume, share of wallet and ranking analysis Work closely with Carrier Relations team to identify opportunities to develop sales strategy for different carriers Provide governance around production and review of quarterly reports for subscribed carriers; ownership for the continuous development of the standard carrier reporting packs Analyze carrier reports and identify key highlights/issues from that data Prepare presentation materials for quarterly meetings with carriers; Work with Carrier Relations team to collate and feed that back to carriers Prepare bespoke carrier reports and analysis, as requested by Carrier Relations team Produce forward looking simulation (size of prize, current positioning, impact of changing market match factors, assessment of likely share) Attend carrier services meetings with Carrier Relations team, to facilitate and lead WillPLACE market intelligence discussion in those meetings Support Business Development engagements. This includes working to identify focus areas and bespoke analytics. Engage with internal stakeholders to provide insightful analytics and MI on their book General support of the Placement / Broking team Qualifications: 1-5 years of professional experience with an international company Highly beneficial to have experience in P&C insurance Graduate/ postgraduate degree preferred Experience of providing high quality management information Strong written communication skills for report analysis and commentary Strong verbal communication skills required High level of attention to detail Strong sense of urgency Ability to explain process, steps, and requirements to all audiences Advance Excel is essential and SQL expertise would be highly beneficial Ability to manage own time, work on own initiative and to strict deadlines The desire to learn, to be pragmatic and flexible Creative and questioning mind
