ERP Consultant - Infor LN / Baan - Contract - Hybrid

Location: Within driving distance of Shelton, CT area

Duration: 6-12 months (with potential for extension) Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite to get started and as needed, remote otherwise)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Consultant to join our client's team to work on system enhancements. We seek an experienced consultant well-versed in Infor LN (formerly Baan), with a proven track record of analyzing business processes, making system enhancements and implementing system features.

You will collaborate closely with end-users, taking ownership of project tasks and providing functional solutions, keeping control of these projects and reporting to management on progress. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility of working remotely after an initial onsite period to gain familiarity with the team and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and optimize Infor LN v10.5 functionalities.
• Implement system modules and features not yet in use.
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Work independently on project tasks, without requiring constant oversight.
• Periodically visit onsite as needed to maintain strong collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on functional experience with Infor LN (v10.5 preferred), including these modules:
• Order Management
• Supply Chain
• Manufacturing 

Strong functional expertise in Infor LN system implementation, configuration, and enhancement.

Understand ERP business processes well to make recommendations to business teams

Ability to work independently and directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Flexibility to work onsite as needed and travel within driving distance.

Previous experience with long-term consulting projects in similar environments.
