About Mariah Szarek:

I had the pleasure of working Mariah who is an exceptional recruiter who played a pivotal role in helping me secure a job that aligns perfectly with my skills. Her dedication and expertise were truly remarkable. From the initial contact to the final offer, the Mariah demonstrated a deep understanding of my career goals and aspirations. Throughout the job search/onboarding process, communication was seamless. She as a recruiter kept me informed at every step, providing valuable insights and guidance. She also prepared me extensively for interviews, helping me to highlight my strengths and present my experience effectively. What sets this recruiter apart is her commitment to benchmark’s clients. She genuinely cared about my success and went above and beyond to make sure I was well-prepared and confident throughout the entire process. Thanks to Mariah/ James efforts on behalf of benchmark, I not only found a job that perfectly matches my skills but also a company that aligns with my values and career aspirations.
