Throughout my travel RN career I have been with several companies, but I keep coming back to Atlas because of Sydney. She has been the best recruiter, from finding me the perfect assignments, checking in on me often to make sure I am doing ok, and just being friendly and compassionate. About Sydney Lamberty:

I met Sydney after my first travel assignment and had not had a great experience. I probably would have gone back to a staff position during 2021 related to the pandemic, but Sydney has been part of the reason I kept pushing to find a job and continue to travel. From the moment I met Sydney, she has always been super real and caring. I was super excited to finally sign a contract with her. She is constantly checking in to make sure my assignment is going well or if I need anything.

I have multiple recruiters and Sydney is BY FAR the best! She works so hard to find me a contract and even when I don’t end up taking an assignment with her, she’s always following up with me during my assignment to see how it’s going! Sydney has been the best recruiter that I could ask for and more. Since the very beginning it has felt a more of friendship than a business relationship. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that she understands not only who I am as a nurse but who I am as a person. Sydney listens to my concerns and hesitations and responds with guidance and understanding while doing everything she can to help me take the next step in my traveling career. A recruiter who helps you professionally and personally is one who should be appreciated.
