Sydney was the first recruiter I worked with in my travel nurse journey and she made the transition so smooth for me! She was very easy to talk to and really educated me on the entire process. I never felt out of the loop. She communicates in a timely manner and always makes you feel comfortable asking any questions. About Sydney Lamberty:

Sydney is wonderful, never forgets important dates like birthdays, or first days of contracts. Checks in with you frequently and genuinely is concerned about your well being and happiness with where you are at and what you are doing. She goes to bat for you when it is needed, and is a great shoulder to cry on when your contract just isn't what you were expecting. Incredibly thoughtful, and kind, Sydney has earned my loyalty over the years of doing business together. Highly, highly recommend this recruiter, she treats you just like one of her friends, and works very hard to be communicative, and transparent. It will be a sad day when I stop travel nursing and no longer have a reason to do business with Sydney.

About Sydney Lamberty:

Ever since Sydney took me over as my recruiter she has been wonderful. She is always making sure to check in with me to make sure I’m doing okay. Always timely with answering me when I have any questions or concerns and if she does not know the answer she will always try to figure it out for me and get back to me as soon as possible. She is also alway’s there for advice without pushing any decisions on me which I really appreciate. I have had a very good experience with her thus far!
