My name is Sydney Lamberty, but most people call me Syd. I am 27 years old and originally from Minnesota. I like to relate my lifestyle to that of my nurses because I move a ton. My husband plays baseball for the Chicago White Sox, so we move pretty frequently. During season we are located in Chicago, IL and when season is over, we move back to Arizona. I also played basketball in college, so sports have always been a huge part of my life.
I have been a recruiter for about 5 years now and it has been a wonderful and rewarding experience. I graduated college with a degree in marketing and graphic design, so this is definitely not where I thought I would end up, but I love it.

Why I love to recruit
I find it so rewarding to help and take care of the same people who care for our loved ones when they are sick. The connections I make and the people I get to meet are also an amazing part of this job.

When I'm not working I like to
Hang out with friends and family, work on graphic design projects, watch movies, workout and attend my fiancés baseball games.

Sydney is the best! My boyfriend and I were looking to start traveling together and in the same speciality. It wasn’t easy to find somewhere that had 2 or more openings but Sydney always kept us updated everyday and gave the best advice! We are now on our second contract and loving it.
