Gemma contacted me late Friday on a Bank Holiday weekend, she worked throughout her weekend and organised a telephone interview for me on Bank Holiday Monday! I secured a face to face interview on the following Wednesday and was verbally offered the role. Gemma again worked with the client straight away to ensure written confirmation is to be received.
