As a Principal Recruitment Partner within Astute People's dedicated Power Generation team, I specialise in connecting leading businesses with top-tier talent across the dynamic UK power sector. Since joining Astute in 2017, I've steadily progressed through the ranks, advancing to Senior Recruitment Partner in 2020 and Principal Recruitment Partner in 2022 – a testament to my expertise in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

My core focus is permanent and contract recruitment for critical operations and maintenance (O&M), central engineering, and EPC roles within Energy from Waste (EfW), Biomass, Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT), and Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) facilities. I regularly source highly skilled professionals for positions such as:

Beyond recruitment, I'm known in the office as 'Mr Worldwide' due to often exploring the world. When I'm not exploring new destinations, you'll find me enjoying time with friends and family, catching up on a favourite TV series, or out on the golf course, always striving for that elusive round without a three-putt.

When I'm not working I like to
If its not raining you can usually catch me on the golf course or on the cricket pitch during the summer months. If you are a golf player yourself, then I will be more than happy to arrange a round as I have done this with candidates and clients before.
