Responsibilities and duties of the Electrician role Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:
  • Install EV charging stations in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments.
  • Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations, and manufacturer installation guides to ensure compliant,high?quality installations.
  • Liaise with the EV Qualified Supervisor and provide updates relating to ongoing installation work.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and ensure safe working practices at all times.
  • Work to site?specific Programmes of Work.
  • Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and any remedial actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on work performed, including issues encountered and resolutions applied.
  Professional qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or Approved Apprenticeship
  • 1-3 Years of Commercial/Industrial Experience
  • C&G BS7671: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations?
  • Full UK Driving License
  • JIB/CSCS Gold Card

The Electrical supervisor role comes with a salary of up to £50,000 basic doe, bonus, pension and other benefits. Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Supervisor role Reporting to the Operations Manager you will:
  • Plan, schedule and delivere EV ChargePoint installation projects, ensuring successful completion to programme, budget and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate electrical and engineering teams, managing resource allocation, project scheduling and material procurement for efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with BS7671 standards by overseeing installation quality, reviewing designs and signing off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
  • Manage health and safety across projects by reviewing RAMS, delivering Toolbox Talks and conducting site safety audits.
  • Produce and manage project documentation, including programmes of work, handover packs and customer deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
