About Tim Norford:

A good candidate provided and a fair negotiation over transfer fee. However, I understand the candidate herself was not advised when her point of contact left Astute and we the company had to enquire who had replaced our original point of contact. This should have been the Astute responsibility

About Dan Don:

Dan's a good chap, like all guys I interact with from Astute. The job I was presented with, may be pure full life cycle software programming, which currently is a bit further than I'm confident doing. We discussed and agreed to put my CV forward while being clear of my limitations. From the discussion we had, I felt Dan had reached a really good balance between looking after Astutes interests and looking after mine. A rare thing to find in contracting. I can only think of one other small agency that has such a friendly level of professionalism and concern for both client and contractor.
