About Kyle Shinn:

I applied for a job back in February, known that a start date was likely to be at the end of this year as this is a new power plant still under construction. Kyle has been in touch throughout this period keeping me updated with how the recruitment is going for this new plant. Spoke with Kyle earlier this year regarding my experiences and he obviously thought I was a good fit for the role and forwarded my CV etc to the new manager of the plant. I attended an interview for the role this week, in which Kyle gave me a good insight into what he thought the interview would progress like, with regards to what questions I may be asked and he was right. Also on the morning of the interview he phoned to wish me luck and went through some last minute advice for the interview. Now I’m just waiting in the hopes I get the job offer, but yeah Kyle has been great throughout all this.
