Kyle certainly possess the skillset and attentive care that reassures a job seeker. Not only was he actively communicating throughout the process, including taking the time off to extended his well wishes prior to the interview. Surely made his presence and professionalism felt more like a concerned career advisor than a recruiter who is just trying to land his next commission.
