Gemma reached out to me about a job offer that I was pursuing with another recruiting agency (red kite). She did everything (without trying to undermine red kite) to ensure that my application had been received. She discovered that my application had not been received by HR and has went out of her way to ensure that my application was in which has resulted in me getting an interview.
