a renewable energy provider with a commitment to professional development and sustainability to recruit a Site Supervisor for its Port Clarence site.
The strategically important Site Supervisor role comes with a salary of £40k, pension, flexible working, holidays and opportunity for development across the site and company.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Manager
you will:

Organisation of Site operatives.
-
Prioritisation of own workload and that of site operatives
-
Supervision of the receipt and treatment/disposal of incoming wastes
-
Safe and compliant operation of various waste management facilities
-
Organisation and scheduling of mobile plant, maintenance, repair and service
-
POR and ordering of site equipment and supplies (diesel etc)
-
Plant training on mobile site plant – (360, tracked shovel etc)
-
Onsite liaison with external authorities such as the EA/Insurance
-
Efficient utilisation of void space
-
Management of contractors – induction/RAMS/PTW
-
Organisation of outside works from costings to implementation
-
Adherence to site budgetary requirements for both OPEX and CAPEX items
-
Assisting in maintaining the commercial KPI’s of the site
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

COCT (Desirable)

Mobile plant tickets
-
Full Clean Driving License (the location is not suitable for public transport therefore own transport is required)
