Communication was very good, which was a refreshing change compared to virtually all other recruiters with whom I've collaborated. Preparation for interviews, provision of company background info, coaching prior to interviews, and feedback afterwards is all timely and objective. I had a tricky situation as was only three weeks from starting new role and needed the new company to act quickly, without them thinking it was just gamesmanship. Dan understood this and communicated to the client extremely well resulting in the whole process proceeding fast-track to conclusion. Best experience so far in recruitment.
