The Health, Safety & Environmental Manager role comes with a highly competitive salary up to £50,000 (DOE), plus a company van and bonus scheme.

Responsibilities and duties:
As HSE Manager you will:

Manage the HSE strategy including policies, guidelines and HSE Management systems.

Monitor and report on the HSE procedures ensuring compliance with relevant HSE legislation.

Assist with other departments and clients to address all HSE issues.
-
Lead safety audits both internally and externally.
-
Lead accident & incident investigations including carrying out analysis to identify trends to identify improvements.
-
Provide safety consultations to managers.
-
Carry out in house HSE training.
-
Conduct HSE audits on sub-contractors.
-
Prepare HSE documentation for new tenders.
-
Support outages and projects on client sites, which may include travelling and working away from time to time.
Professional qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following:
-
Minimum five years relevant experience in a similar role working in a transferable sector such as Power Generation, COMAH, Refineries, Process Plants etc.

NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or industry equivalent
-
Ideally a minimum Grad IOSH
-
Experience in HSE Management including ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
-
Full clean driving licence
