I spend a lot of my time at the beach with my husband and our lively cocker spaniel. I enjoy grabbing flowers from our local market, winding down to music whilst cooking something from a family recipe book that dates back 4 generations. I find most meaning when spending quality time with family and friends or when travelling spiritual destinations where I can connect with nature.
