Update as of 1st May - we're looking for 6 people and with a focus around Austin. They need to have MTU experience from any state. I have asked to see if they will take good people without it and will edit this when I know more. Service Techs - Ohio/Oklahoma/Texas Complicated part is that they're working on selling data centres and they will have 60-100 engines in each location. They have no specific addresses yet but the CEO's though-process is that it takes time to sort it out and to train them.  Texas data centres wouldn't be delivered until next year. For the first year they're going to travel. Fly out somewhere Monday, fly back Friday. We need to ask whether they're willing to work weekends (overhauls/ late parts). Flight times are quite flexible. They see Mon and Fri as travel days.  They have company credit cards, pay for flight, rental car/uber and hotel. Food - $80 per diem per day (not taxed). In the future, they will be looking for Operators and similar on the specific sites (senior/junior/operator technicians). Krista has done some talent mapping and she hired a Technician in Oklahoma, has some interviews arranged for the other States too. Indeed and referrals right now. She was just relying on the advert for Linkedin. She thinks she will need 3 in Texas, 3 in Ohio, 2 in Oklahoma. They have a meeting at 12pm EST on Thursday 30th.  Overtime: All state law-driven. 12 hour days when they're travelling. Over 12 hours needs to be approved in advanced. Anything over 40 hours is essentially paid at overtime. Overtime 1.5x rate. Health insurance (she will send to us). Background checks in driving, employment checks, sex offender searching etc.
