This crucial Interim Project Engineer role offers a package of up to £55,000 + benefits and would be a 1 year fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage projects related to the operation and maintenance of the Biomass facility.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
• Ensure all work complies with site safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure all Management of Change (MOC) documentation is accurate and complete.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant operations.

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Minimum HNC qualification or a degree in engineering with relevant bias.
• At least five years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Familiarity with energy-from-waste processes or a similar environment.
