Kelsey joined Astute in 2023 as a Talent Specialist.

Kelsey works in Astute’s Power team, recruiting permanent roles such as Project Managers, Civil and Structural Engineers and Electrical Engineers for leading businesses in the EPC space.

Kelsey is originally from South Africa, having moved to England in 2008, and studied Interior Design and Architecture at Falmouth University. She spent 3 years working within estate agency where she discovered a passion for building long-lasting professional relationships with clients and now finds fulfilment in connecting skilled professionals with innovative companies. Kelsey enjoys long dog walks, cross stitching and travelling to new countries.

I am so impressed . How did she get to manage my on line interview very quickly.She had nearly called me discussed a role . She had mentioned two position and all in very detail. No rush very calm and east to understand all steps. When I was agreed then she started proceeds my application. End of the day (office time). She phoned me again with good news that I got interview. First she asked me when do you want to do because She had two slots. I am amazed . She did very well. I like it . Thank you for all.
