Customer Service Advisor
Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a customer service advisor to join our customer service team here in our UK office in Bury. This role is critical to our daily operations whilst always having the customer at the heart of everything you do. It is a varied role which involves direct communication with customers and your colleagues throughout the UK organization as well as collaboration with colleagues in our Swedish headquarters.
Job Description
-
Manage incoming enquiries through incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.

Process and supply quotations and basic technical documentation.

Order processing through an ERP system.

Aftersales and logistics- ensuring the customer receives the goods within the agreed timeframe.

Invoicing and credit control process- communicating both verbally and via email to ensure payment is made within the agreed timeframe.

Work with internal and external sales teams to ensure the customer journey is smooth and the customer experience is above expectations.

General office duties.
Preferred Job Requirements:

Computer literate.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to use Microsoft office programs.

Experience in using a ERP system.

Excellent telephone communication skills.

Proven ability to work as part of a close team.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and oral).

Ability and confidence to prepare and present solutions and strategies to groups of co-workers, clients or prospects.

Desire to grow within a growing company.
Beneficial Skills / Knowledge

Successful track record of working within customer service role.

Knowledge and experience using ERP system (IFS preferred).

Experience of working with the Microsoft office suite.
