About Aaron Rayner:

Omgness ok so Firstly May I say that it was actually Aaron that found me in the database of some job search as opposed to myself finding him, my great assistant in job search. However, Aaron spoke to me as though he knew me in person. I mean he was so respectful and so encouraging, as a matter of fact Aaron made me realise my worth just from how he took the time to look at my CV and reviewing it in his own time, without me even knowing it. Aaron also knew just what to say when he thought he had to say it to me, especially during times when I felt all hopeless and was so lost, he simply knew how to bring me back to realise me value and worth in my industry. I must say I truly haven’t had such an approach to my person in a very long time. So Even as I embark on this new job I’ll never ever forget some of the most fundamental words Aaron said to me, these I tell you will always remind me that I too am worth it! No matter what. I could simply go on & on ok eg. Aaron constantly thanked me for getting back to him with texts or emails, when really I failed to get back to him in time. I mean who does that hmm? I was the one in need of a job not him, but clearly Aaron knows his job and does it with excellence! So Thank you so very much Aaron.
