  • Maintain strict adherence to state and USP regulations, including USP <795>, <797>, and <800>, ensuring compliance across all processes and documentation.
  • Perform thorough final verification of compounded products, checking calculations, ingredient quality, expiration dates, and labeling to ensure safety and accuracy before dispensing.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
  • Manage compounding logs, formulation records, and chemical inventories, while engaging in continuous quality improvement and environmental monitoring.
  • Serve as a clinical resource by consulting with physicians and counseling patients on medication therapy, proper use, and safety of compounded medications.

What You'll Bring

  • Active Florida Pharmacist License.
  • 5+ years of experience in compounding pharmacy, ideally in a 503(a) setting; clinical experience is a plus.
  • Leadership and management skills, with experience supervising staff.
  • Multiple state licenses are preferred.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving processes and responsibilities.
