• Clinical Leadership: Over 2 years of experience in clinical leadership within an infusion therapy setting, including the administration of IVIG and other medications for autoimmune conditions.
• Team Collaboration: Proficient in working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, discharge planners, patients, physicians, and pharmacists.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Well-versed in regulatory standards set by Federal, State, and accreditation bodies applicable to ambulatory infusion centers and home health agencies.
• Policy Development: Experience in creating and implementing written policies and procedures.
