What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
  • PharmD preferred
  • Active Pharmacist license required
  • ONE of the following:
    • Completion of a PGY1 Residency OR
    • Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced clinical certifications
