After first contact she kept up with texting me information keeping me up on progress she always got back to me if I had a question and helped me even on her day off when the internet was very slow up in the nwt. I've dealt with other companies was always a battle getting in touch with someone then usually get a run around . Iwas surprised how prompt victoria is its refreshing to deal with a person like her 10 out of 10 thanks

Victoria has been very informative and has addressed any concerns that have arose. I am currently at Diavik Diamond Mine in the NWT and have been unable to successfully submit my time entries due to the site internet network being very unstable, she has ensured that my time has been entered and stays in constant contact.
