About Angela Degelman:

Out of all the recruitment specialists I have worked with Angela was clearly the best. While others present you with one offer and one only, Angela followed up with the firm to see where else I would fit in the organization even when I first declined the role. She followed up regularly with the firm and me and finally after a six-month process, the perfect position became available. Angela put me in touch with various senior managers who were able to give me a great feel of the organization and its culture. I feel she gave me a clear understanding of the firm, and vice versa. She emphasized that she wanted both parties to feel there was a good fit and I was just as important as the hiring firm.
