Adam Metz does a really nice job managing our account and offering consulting. I dont have any complains about his ability to manage the account and be a good resource who communicates with clients in a very prompt manner. It has been frustrating lately the lack of good candidates. I have heard this is an industry problem universally, but we have had a pretty large need, Adam is thorough which is appreciated, but we arent able to get our headcount up. I think it is somewhat of a good job relative to others, it seems like we should be doing a little bit better but perhaps that is just what the market is right now.
