Alliance is thrilled to announce its partnership with a client in the Wooster area, and we are currently seeking eager to learn
General Laborers to join the team! This role involves making hvac components through use of press operating and assembly skills.
Please note that the job location for this position is not accessible by public transportation.
General Laborer Benefits:
- $16.00-$16.50 per hour depending on experience and shift
- 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
- 3rd shift 9:30pm - 6am, OT can be 2 hours before or after shift
- $2 dollar increase when hired
- OT will be discussed during tour/interview

General Laborer Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate small punch press machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
General Laborer Qualifications:
- 6+ months in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
