About Bonnie Elton:

Navigating the search for a new job can be terrible - it's generally a slow process, there isn't enough communication, there is a lot of nerve-wracking waiting, etc. My experience with Bonnie for a particular opportunity a couple months ago was the exact opposite of the norm...she told me what to expect at each step, she communicated proactively with me, she took the time to prep me with what she knew about each person I'd be speaking with during the interview process, etc. The value that Bonnie provides is heads and tails above the service you get working directly with a company's HR team. While I ultimately did not land the job, it was not for lack of Bonnie and her team advocating for me the entire way. Highly recommend connecting with her in your job search!

I really enjoy talking and working with her. She is really knowledgeable with a good heart. If it isn't something she can help with she is honest and keeps an eye out in the future. I have worked with Bonnie for quite some time. I think she is really amazing. I have referred a couple of friends to her and they have nothing but positive things for her. I love the way that she provides great coaching advice for resumes. It's not an easy thing to do. So the fact that she takes time to guide and explain things really makes the process easier.
