Jodi has moved the bar to a new high. There have been a few recruiters contact me with opportunities throughout my career; some have been from the HR department at other companies, but most have been from other staffing agencies. While I have always had positive experiences with previous recruiters, there is typically one or more areas they would rate less than five stars (e.g. knowledge about my industry, not reviewing my resume to know me better, etc.). I had a great first interaction with Jodi, but she made a lasting impression on me with the positive experience I repeatedly had, from every phone call and email, to the discussions about the opportunity and background.
