I am very positive & outgoing, and I thrive off of connecting with others - whether it's at work or in my personal life, I love striking up conversations, making people laugh (often at my own expense) and am always eager to collaborate with my colleagues and clients to achieve our shared goals.

Outside of work, I have a full (and loud) life with 2 wonderful sons (13 & 15 years old) and 2 wonderful dogs.

Why I love to recruit
I feel the most fulfilled when I am helping and connecting with people. Recruiting gives me an opportunity to do both at the same time, and it's the absolute best when I hear how happy people are in the roles I've placed them in.

When I'm not working I like to
Spend quality time with my family and friends. We love playing board games, video games, listening to music, reading books, watching movies, and going to all of the sporting events, both amateur (my kids' sports) and professional (Chiefs, Royals, Miami Heat, SportingKC, and KC Current).

Kendra and I had a wonderful can conversation. Even though I'm not currently looking, she was interested in discussing my background. We also spoke about other opportunities available and contacts I have In my job club that are looking for a job and may be a good fit. Kendra is very responsive and immediately emailed me her information and followed up. She even offered to help my husband make some connections in the area for his industry as he's been looking without much success. I've dealt with a lot of recruiters and very few impress me. Kendra is definitely on my list of recruiters I'd work with.
