About Cody Evans:

Appreciated the fact that Cody saw that my experience level may have pushed me past the employer's salary expectations. He was, accordingly, very upfront about their range before we got too far in the conversation. Knowing that the job wouldn't work at this time, Cody was very helpful in offering to keep in touch in case other opportunities may arise. I was also able to give him a recommendation of a colleague who would be excellent in the role and he was responsive after I gave him her information.
