About Bonnie Elton:

I had such a great experience with Bonnie. After several interviews for jobs I found on my own Bonnie encouraged me to keep going. She helped update my resume and coached me before my first interview I got through her. I received not only an offer, but more than I had asked. Life changing. 😊

About Bonnie Elton:

Bonnie was incredibly helpful, kind and attentive! This was my first experience with a recruiter, and I could not be more pleased. I've always understood recruiting relationships to be somewhat 'salesy' and ultimately un-useful. But Bonnie has shown me the true value!!!

About Bonnie Elton:

Bonnie was amazing. She reached out to me with an opportunity that she thought might be a good fit and it happened to be the exact time I was contemplating looking for a new job. Bonnie helped talk me through the logistics of leaving my company and starting with a new one and gave good advice on switching industries. She helped me every step of the way with submitting my resume, first interview, second interview, and even a little pep talk as I was turning in my notice with my previous company. Overall, Bonnie is a really great recruiter and I would recommend anyone looking for a new opportunity to reach out to her!

About Bonnie Elton:

Bonnie is great! She listens to what type of position you are looking for, and only brings you opportunities that fit your skillset. She would never bring a C# dev a Java job.

About Bonnie Elton:

Bonnie's enthusiasm and positivity are contagious. She did an amazing job of keeping in contact and providing me updates. She was also great about reaching out with any potential openings she had available. I would, and will when the opportunity presents itself, recommend others in my field to her.

About Bonnie Elton:

Navigating the search for a new job can be terrible - it's generally a slow process, there isn't enough communication, there is a lot of nerve-wracking waiting, etc. My experience with Bonnie for a particular opportunity a couple months ago was the exact opposite of the norm...she told me what to expect at each step, she communicated proactively with me, she took the time to prep me with what she knew about each person I'd be speaking with during the interview process, etc. The value that Bonnie provides is heads and tails above the service you get working directly with a company's HR team. While I ultimately did not land the job, it was not for lack of Bonnie and her team advocating for me the entire way. Highly recommend connecting with her in your job search!

About Bonnie Elton:

I really enjoy talking and working with her. She is really knowledgeable with a good heart. If it isn't something she can help with she is honest and keeps an eye out in the future. She is really good at guiding me in the resume writing so that I can put my best foot forward. I really appreciate it. I have referred 2 friends to her because of my interactions with her.

About Bonnie Elton:

I have worked with Bonnie for quite some time. I think she is really amazing. I have referred a couple of friends to her and they have nothing but positive things for her. I love the way that she provides great coaching advice for resumes. It's not an easy thing to do. So the fact that she takes time to guide and explain things really makes the process easier.
