About Dan McNichol:

Working with Dan was an absolute pleasure. He has a positive, outgoing personality and made the entire process feel smooth and supportive. He communicated clearly at every step, from walking me through the role, submitting my resume, updating me when I was selected for an interview, and coordinating scheduling. His interview prep was exceptional. I’ve worked with many recruiters, but I’ve never received such thorough, thoughtful guidance. The level of detail he provided truly helped me feel prepared for any question that came my way. Although I didn’t ultimately get the role, Dan went above and beyond by sharing the company’s feedback with me and reassuring me that he’d keep me in mind for future opportunities aligned with my background.
