Dan McNichol is a awesome great recruiter with awesome communication skills and patience. Dan has such a unique approach to understanding my needs and pairing me with the right company. Throughout the whole process, with feedback from his client being communicated to me almost immediately. He walked me though the whole process starting with an open job position, the job interview, which resulted in a job offer. My experience with Dan McNicol was exceptional! He made each step of the recruiting process positive and FAST! I was very impressed with his approach and he always made me feel like I was his number one priority. He was incredibly responsive and gave me great tips to make sure I felt prepared and confident going into my interview.
