About Franca Diona:

Franca evaluates the candidate's ability to do the job before submitting the resume over to the employer. Franca sends a confirmation email to the candidate once the resume is sent to the employer. Franca follows up with the candidate as soon as she receives a feedback from the employer. Franca treats every candidate with respect and appreciation, and makes the candidate feel like being a part of the ACG family working towards a common goal, besides being simply a job seeker.
