Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. About Franca Diona:

Franca calls me whenever there is a potential Payroll position, as she did for this one. Utilizes or will be utilizing ADP WFN which is my forte in payroll systems. I had my 1st interview with client, but seems to be more a benefits position then payroll and process is all manual. I called Franca after the interview and told her it is very manual and I would be taking a step backwards instead of forward since I deal with computerized systems already. She understood. Will keep me posted for future computerized positions with ADP WFN.
